This policy explains how Alpha Hygiene Centre uses cookies, in line with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They let a website remember information about your visit, such as whether you are signed in.
2. The cookies we use

You will only see the Google Analytics cookies if you accept them on the cookie banner shown on your first visit (or via “Cookie Settings” in the footer at any time). If you reject or ignore the banner, only the strictly necessary session cookie is used.
3. Payment provider cookies
If you are redirected to a third-party payment provider (Stripe) to complete a purchase, that provider may use its own cookies. Please refer to the payment provider’s own privacy and cookie information. Alpha Hygiene Centre does not control third-party payment provider cookies.
4. Your cookie choice
Under UK PECR rules, cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you have asked for — such as staying signed in — do not require consent, and we use those regardless. Non-essential cookies (analytics) are only set if you actively accept them on the cookie banner. You can change your decision at any time via “Cookie Settings” in the footer.
5. Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. If you block our session cookie, you will not be able to stay signed in on the Learner Portal.

If we ever introduce additional cookies, we will update this page and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
